KUEC Website Development & Content Strategy
KUEC required a comprehensive website to present its commercialisation services, investment activities, research capabilities, and innovation programmes within a structured digital experience. The goal was to create a scalable digital platform that communicates KUEC's services while guiding different audiences towards relevant information. Key objectives included structuring four core pillars and their service pages, developing content for innovation and investment programmes, implementing interactive navigation and enquiry journeys, and creating a responsive interface with dynamic features. The website also needed to simplify complex offerings through clear messaging, useful guidance, and accessible content.

We developed a custom-coded website featuring dedicated pages for KUEC's core pillars, service offerings, innovation programmes, team, portfolio, and insights. Interactive elements included a department-based enquiry form, gated brochure downloads, event calendar functionality, guided user journeys, and step-by-step IP and TRL guides. Alongside development, we created the website's content architecture and copy, translating complex services into audience-specific messaging. We also refined navigation, calls to action, FAQs, and service descriptions through multiple rounds of client feedback and content validation.
